Edwin Silva, 22, was one of two men confronted outside the Golden Hill Street courthouse last week by an ICE team, according to this report in the Connecticut Post.
The undocumented immigrant dove over a chest-high retaining wall and fled down the street, leaving his sneakers behind, The Post said.
The immigration enforcement officers and local police arrested Silva about a half mile away at the ramp of the 25/8 Connector.
